In English, the company motto is: In pursuit of excellence. We don't have the Welsh translation but Paul's enthusiasm and expertise is clear in any language. He has already been awarded the HEAT Blue Diamond Award for the contractor of the year in the SWALEC area.
At 48 years old he believes he isn't too old to learn, attending evening classes and training offered by HEAT and the NICEIC.

This attitude has rubbed off on his sole employee, Barn Davies, who was nominated outstanding apprentice of his final year, gaining two distinctions and becoming outstanding student of the year!
Being situated in a rural area Paul feels it's important to offer a 24 hour service and has had to attend his fair share of 'reluctant' milking machines at 5am! He also likes 'fussy' customers because they appreciate a job well done.
